Planning Your Royal Wedding
The ideal Maharana Bagh wedding unfolds across three to five days — each event in a different setting within the estate, each more spectacular than the last.
The Mehendi Ceremony takes place in the Rang Mahal garden, where cascading bougainvillea frames the proceedings in shades of fuchsia and coral. Our floral team works with local karigars to create installations that weave fresh marigolds, roses and jasmine into the heritage architecture.
The Sangeet moves to the Sheesh Mahal courtyard at dusk. As the mirrored ceiling catches the light of 3,000 diyas, the sound of live shehnai rises into the Aravalli hills. The palace's resident ghazal ensemble performs through the evening.
The Wedding Ceremony itself is conducted on the Lake Lawn — a stretch of perfectly maintained grass at the water's edge, where the infinity-mirroring of Fateh Sagar Lake provides a backdrop that no photographer has yet fully done justice.
Guest Accommodation
Maharana Bagh's 42 heritage rooms and suites accommodate up to 200 wedding guests on the estate. For larger parties, we partner with four other palace hotels within a 2km radius to provide a cohesive royal accommodation experience.
Catering
Our culinary team is led by a chef who trained under a three-Michelin-star kitchen in Paris and subsequently spent five years mastering Rajasthani court cuisine. The wedding menu draws on both traditions — a five-course meal that moves from amuse-bouche to dal baati churma in a single seamless arc.
